Refund policy

The Lorehous Guarantee

We want you to love your Lorehous gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right with an exchange or a refund. This policy covers everything you buy from us, whether you order online at lorehous.com or buy in person at Lore Con or another Lorehous event.

Online Orders

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To start one, email us at info@lorehous.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not refundable. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll refund your original payment method or ship your exchange. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

In-Person Purchases at Lore Con and Lorehous Events

During the event: Bring your item and your receipt (printed, emailed, or texted) back to the Lorehous booth any time during the event. We'll exchange it for another size or item, or refund you on the spot.

After the event: Changed your mind once you got home? Email info@lorehous.com within 30 days of your purchase with your receipt, or the email or phone number you used at checkout. We'll send return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds go back to your original payment method. For cash purchases, we'll confirm a refund method with you by email.

Condition of Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition you received them, with tags attached where applicable. Items marked final sale, promotional items, and items given away free are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email info@lorehous.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Good to Know

Exchanges depend on available stock. If the size or item you want is sold out, we'll refund you instead.
