Lorehous ships online orders from Garner, North Carolina. Here is what to expect when you order from lorehous.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate per order
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (order subtotal)

Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). After your order ships, Standard Shipping usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days. During new drops, restocks, and convention weekends, processing may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once a package is with the carrier.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@lorehous.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email info@lorehous.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.

Event and in-person purchases

Purchases made in person at Lore Con or other Lorehous events are handed to you at the table and are not shipped, unless we arrange shipping with you at the time of purchase.
